About E-mpower

Welcome to E-mpower (pronounced Empower)

We are an end-to-end IT solutions company providing a one-stop-shop for small to medium size businesses.

This means we operate across the complete spectrum of IT services, right through from systems planning and the provision and support of hardware to all internet related needs for the business, including domain names, email, web design and hosting, as well as the provision and maintenance of both on-site servers and/or dedicated servers in our purpose built data centre.

Our aim is to make the working lives of our customers as trouble free and hassle free as possible as far as their IT is concerned. Our aim is to take the headache out of managing IT systems (particularly when they go wrong) which allows our clients to get on with what they know best – running their own business!

Our claim is that first and foremost we are actually in the customer service business, and we bring our IT skills to bear in support of that. Adopting this customer service philosophy Absolute Service™, has allowed our business to grow at a rapid rate through word of mouth alone, attracting some prestigious clients along the way, including the NHS, who we have worked with for the last ten years.

E-mpower.NET... looks after all the internet-based products and services from simple email and domain names, to specialist hosting for mission critical servers including disaster recovery, in a purpose-built secure data centre. Web design and web hosting are also central to what we do

E-mpower.IT ...looks after all the office-based products and services. So we can work with clients to develop their IT strategy, source the necessary hardware, cable the office when required, install the hardware and then provide on-going support with a range of ad hoc or bespoke support packages, which includes both on-site and remote options.
